Happy Monday and Happy November!
My ~oh ~my ~I just can't believe we are approaching the Holidays once again~ but I sure do love this time of year. This is my all time favorite. So much to be thankful for and so much to celebrate. I love to celebrate!
Over half of our states in our country are derived from Native American names. Missouri comes from the name~ Missouria which is the name of an Indian tribe native to our state. Their tribal name came from the word mihsoori, which means "big canoe people."

But don't to forget to come back~ y'all hear now!
Pumpkins, zucchini, sweet potatoes, turkey, peanuts, and maple syrup are all of Native American origin. I sure am thankful for these foods that I love and enjoy.
Although we try to be thankful each and every day~ the month of November just seems to beckon us to "give thanks" just a little bit more.
This morning~ I am thankful for a healthy body that carried me on a three mile walk. I am so very thankful for my health.
What about you ~ what are you thankful for this very moment?
Psalm 105:1
O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people.
