I am not a person who buys into gimmicks. (This is not a paid advertisement.) I started drinking Emergen-C in October of 2011. I was trying to avoid the flu and and I was not feeling well with allergy related issues that left me with a horrible case of bronchitis. (In fact~ each spring and fall I would head to the doctor each allergy season very sick for as long as I can remember.)
Not only did I get through that flu season with not even a cold but here it is 2013 and I have not had even a small cold or allergy related issue since. Almost 1 1/2 years later. I am telling the honest truth.
Nor do I get the flu vaccine.
Not only have I not had the flu ~ cold or any other sickness ~ I feel better than I have in a long time. I went on a trip in November and forgot it. I did not take it for one whole week and my energy level totally dropped.
I drink a packet each morning with breakfast every single day. I feel so much better.
