Christmas Hot Pepper Jelly~
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
6-8 Jalapeno peppers
7 cups of sugar
1 1.2 c. vinegar
1 box~ Sure Jell
*Seed the peppers and grid them in the blender with vinegar.
* Boil pepper/ vinegar mixture in a pot and add sugar; boil for 5 minutes.
* Add Sure Jell and bring to a full boil.
* Stir for 2 minutes.
Makes 6 jelly size containers.
Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
