YUM~I love fudge! When Christmas comes I have visions of fudge dancing in my head. Nothing speaks to me like Christmas fudge and an iced cold glass of milk. It is really easy to make. The secret is making sure you boil it to soft ball stage.
You know it is at soft ball stage when you drop a little of the boiling goodness in a cup of cold water and you can form a soft little ball out of it with your hands. It is at the soft ball stage.
